The class of '99 decided to return to their roots this year and hold the draft in Philly. Saam Farhang, Keith Lotman, Rob Fuller, Shane Finneran, Greg Rauscher, and Dan Olson (all class of 1999) met in Philadelphia for this year's fantasy Fantasy barfootball draft held on August 17th at the Embassy Suites Hotel. They were also met by Imri Eisner '00 and Dan Rosen '99 who are not members of the fantasy football league, but met to reunite with old friends.

Everyone arrived on Friday, August 16th to share dinner together on Penn's Campus at POD Restaurant. After dinner, everyone was disappointed to see Smokey Joe's was closed for renovation, but they headed to other former favorites including Blarney Stone, Cavanaugh's and topped of the night at McGillan's in Center City. On Saturday, most of the crew spent the afternoon hiking in Valley Forge and taking in the historical scenes from this great national park. That evening the group met in the hotel lobby for the draft.

Each of the past few years, this annual event has had great participation from theFantasy draft class of '99 and serves as a great time for us to reunite and stay in touch. Fantasy Football is a great way for everyone to stay engaged with each other and keep up on what everyone has going on in their individual lives. We're all looking forward to another great year of football, but we are also grateful to have had the opportunity revisit our SigEp roots!
